Sims can't listen to music

Which language are you playing the game in? Polski
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All with the exception of a few stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to get my Sim to listen to music
What happens when the bug occurs? I click on the listen option and he resets and nothing happens. Then I got rid of all of my DLC (I had a situation once when one stuff pack was causing some problems) and the action is completely gone.
What do you expect to see? I expect him to listen to music, get a moodlet and fulfill his aspiration requirement after to in-game hours of doing the action
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This just started happening. I tried repairing my game but that changed nothing.
If anyone knows what's going on and how to fix it, I'd be grateful for a solution.

EDIT: I managed to fix a glitch that I mention here (that the option wasnt showing up). However the option still doesn't work.
