sims cant wash dishes in sink

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? i have all expansions,game pack and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click dirty or empty plates
What happens when the bug occurs? my sims try wont have the option to wash dishes unless i have a dish washer
What do you expect to see? i should be able to wash the dishes in the sink

my sims will only throw dishes away unless i have a dishwasher, it appears the sims aren't recognising they can wash the dish in the sink
