Sims don't auto-group/can't do group interactions

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? Spanish How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030 DX11 ...

@simsgirl26  Not working as in you don't get the icon indicating they're part of a group, or not working as in you do get the group indicator but still can't use group actions?

@PipMenace I'm not getting any indication that they are a group. If I have a group of Sims go to dinner, they can't sit at the same table. There is not icon of "Sit together", or "Go together" if you click a spot on the floor, and if your basic Sim is seated at a large table with enough chairs, they don't sit there also. They always used to be able to.

    @simsgirl26 So if you go to Activities->Add to Group you still don't get the group symbol above their head? Do you get any LEs?

      I am getting grayed out Group or Form Group.  It will say that you can't add anyone once they are in a group or seated.  I will have had them travel together.  I tried Repair and still have tthe same issues. 

      I am wondering if it's a game bug but maybe no one else takes others to Dine.  It isn't working for fates either.
