I am getting grayed out Group or Form Group. It will say that you can't add anyone once they are in a group or seated. I will have had them travel together. I tried Repair and still have tthe same issues.
I am wondering if it's a game bug but maybe no one else takes others to Dine. It isn't working for fates either.
@simsgirl26 Are you having the issue anywhere besides on a date to a restaurant? If you take a group of friends to the park for example? Because yes, there is a bug for restaurant dates:

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? What happens when the bug occurs? What do you expect to see?
