Sims don't auto-group/can't do group interactions

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Discover University, Snowy Escape, Lovestruck, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, Spooky Stuff, Bowling Night
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send more than one sim to anywhere (using travel option, map, road click,.)
What happens when the bug occurs? Groups are not formed autonomously anymore
What do you expect to see? When I send sims to another place (like a restaurant or a park) a group formed autonomously like before the last patch
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, last patch (September)
When there's a social event like a date, the group is autonomously created, but not when you travel with another sim, this is specially annoying for restaurants cause when you request a table you need to remember to form the group before doing it or you will be seated alone.
Is anyone else having this issue? Help, please. If my Sim invites other Sims on an outing, there is no usual prompt to "Go Together". Even for a date, they cannot "Sit Together" or "Go Together" to another location or spot. They cannot "Sit Together" at a table after being seated. Whether a couple date or group of other Sims in general.
Is there a fix for this? I don't have Lovestruck installed. I have unplugged my computer and restarted it.
I have PC Desktop. Have enough memory. Have had a tube up. This has been going on since the Lovestruck latest update for Sims 4.
Any suggestions or known fixes?
