Sims getting sick very frequently

I noticed this too. I have also been playing for years and I don’t think I’ve ever seen them get sick, now they are sick constantly, I have 10 bottles of medicine in the inventory because it’s happening every other sim day. Also tested with no mods/cc.

    What pack added sickness? I have never had a Sim get sick

      @nickinbigd Get to Work added illnesses. It was super rare for them to get sick before the update
