Sims Getting Stuck and Not Completing Tasks

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have most except for 2/3
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea, it just randomly started today ☹️
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims get stuck and cannot complete any actions, i cannot do any gameplay at all. They go to do the action but then as soon as they get there, they just freeze and do nothing. But the game continues in the background, it is only my sims that freeze. I still get mail, phone calls etc. When i try to send my Sims to school/work, they get stuck and dont leave the lot. But i still get all the notifications about them being late etc. Please help me fix it as i cannot actually play the game ☹️
What do you expect to see? They just stand still, not doing anything. But time continues, and the games goes as per normal (weather changes, time keeps going, people come over and try to interact, phone calls ring through, i get mail etc.)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have tried to restart the game, update the game, repair the game, restarted my computer and repeated these steps and nothing has changed ☹️
