Sims obsessed with washing hands/Get water

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims end up queuing ''Get water/Wash hand'' interaction every time I do certain things, like looking for recycling/composting in garbage bins, or Marking territory (if werewolf) or grooming self. I noticed that the interaction to play guitare are very frequent as well, they all the time want to watch TV as well, but my main issue is the Get water interaction poping up after the sims finish an interaction I asked them to do.
What do you expect to see? If they dont have any need to fill (which they never have because I made them do everything) that they can only chill with autonomy obviously, not trying hard on guitar or being scothed to TV, or washing their hand or drinking water... e have couches where they could relax, chaise longue, and also, if they dont have any needs, they can simply do nothing or interact with other sims or animals instead...
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

This is getting annoying, as soon as there are some of those activities in the lot, like a TV, book shelf or sink or instrument, they constantly use them, even with their need fully up... and the autonomous interaction are like savagely quick to happen, right after they are done with a task you give them, they right go to that random thing, leaving not time to cancel, and of course they will only stop to walk after they are close to the object in question, if you cancel the interaction, making them waste time on parcouring long distances to get to that objects they wante to interact with even though you pause and cancel their interaction before hand... this is annoying to play like that.
