Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing mods ? Did you disable them or move the folder to the desktop ?

Yes i deleted the file after removing them. I disabled them first and then I've moved the folder to desktop.

What do you expect to see? Sims only dying of starvation when they are actually starving and showing it.
