Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to use work related interactions in get to work careers
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no work based interactions when in an active career. For example, in doctors career there is no social interaction for 'transfer patient case'
What do you expect to see? All work based social interactions should be there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I believe this bug also occurs with work from home tasks
Ask about day is also missing and it is an active career task too...
I made a couple of spell casters for my first play through with infants and growing together. The wife wants to ask her husband about his day, and I can't find it anywhere. I would expect it to be under small talk at the very least, but it is not there. I've looked through all of the friendly interactions.
