Situational Interactions Often Missing in New Pie Menus

Since the latest update and expansion, the dialogue options for University Organizations are not available during organization events such as Braniacs, Spirit Squad, etc. I've checked every dialogue tree with multiple different Sims, organizations and organization events and the special dialogue options do not appear with the exception of "ask to join X (organization)". Because of this my Sims can not earn the extra points to get promoted in the organization through dialogue options.
