In Building Mode,cannot setup the stair in 45 angle.

Just wanted to note I have the DL Deluxe version of the game from Origin. I have no mods or hacks in my game.
Here are bugs I have encountered so far:
* One of my sims is an artists/painter, her paintbrush is permanently stuck to her hand, she has it with her while eating, woohooing, and having babies....it's made for some interesting screen caps to say the least.
* I have had Sims go to a lot, like the nightclub until it was time for work, upon returning home they are immediately forced to work and their baby is left alone all day in the crib screaming.
* I use the 1, 2, 3 and 0 on the number pad to control game time speed. 75% of the time when the game loads my number pad is disabled and I have to keep relaunching the game until I can use it. I also have the issue with my gamepad keyboard. *Evidently clicking in the game options to apply settings (even if no settings are changed) resolves this issue for now*
* Items in the fridge that spoil cause the fridge to emit a green gas, even after cleaning out spoiled items this ugly green gas stays until I replace the fridge, very costly for my sims.
* One of my sims was trying to master mixology from reading the books purchased from the bookshelf. After earning level 3 the books no longer show her meter going up as the meter has vanished from above her head, the only way to earn skill points is to actually make drinks at the bar. I have tried reading mixology books 1, 2, and 3 and the skill meter is simply not showing up despite restarting the game.
* Not sure if this is a glitch but it is really bothersome that children cannot water plants.
* I had a Sim drop a plate outside her house, near the sidewalk, and could not remove it, it sat there until the next day and vanished on its own eventually. When I tried to click and remove it it said I needed a sink or garbage can to clean it up, both of which I had.
* I have an insane sim, a child at the point, and often has an aspiration bubble to talk to herself, but the option doesn't exist. The game indicates I should be able to click on her and select Talk to Self, but the option never shows up. I can't make my insane sim happy....
That's all I can think of for now, though I feel as if I have forgotten something. I will amend this later if I find other issues.
For teh 0-3 number issue just open the game settings. click apply, doesn't matter if you change anything or not. then the numbers will work.. does the same thing to me too.
Interesting, let me give that a shot as that bug is driving me mad, LOL.
Will post if it fixes that issue for me.
