I just got the Sims 4 and everything is working great so far, except I have NO sound coming from my game. My speakers are working fine, I get sound from everywhere else besides IN game. Can someone identify this problem??

Also, my edge scrolling in game play does not work. It just gets stuck like edge scrolling is off, but it is in fact on, and it won't edge scroll. I have to click and drag the screen in order to go to another area.

Don't know if this would be a bug, but it seems like every book is only available once in the library. That means if one sim is already reading in the book I want my sim to read, my sim has to wait until the person reading it has finished and put the book down.

I want my sim to learn more on cooking, but another has the book and no matter what bookcase I choose, there is no option to read a cook book. Her skill level is 4 right now.

Fishing hole in Willow Creek / Library neighborhood / "southernmost hole" near the library/edge of map

Unfishable ? No matter what I do to try to fish here, my sim approaches the hole and stands there and waves their left arm about in the air. (No route to goal?) 

Fishing is 10, this has been happening every time since skill was 1 on up on this route, just getting around to reporting it; no trouble at other fishing holes so I think this one is just bugged.

Happens with all 3 options, fish, fish with bait and examine water (on sign), can't interact with water.

I'm on Windows 7, have no mods or CC. I have a disc copy of the game. I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but lighting indoors seems very dark, My sims are hard to see and look as though they are in a pich black room. Lighting is set to very high, lights are on, dimmer is all the way up, and lights are placed in such a way that I shouldn't be having this problem. Hope it can be fixed! Thanks. 

My sim seems to be permanently stressed, even though her fun meter is full.

I have this problem: My sims from inactive households just randomly disappear... Like they never would have existed before. From a 5 people family it will be a 3 people family...

When a Sim is writing music, either the piano, the violin or the guitar, and he has to do something automatically (for example, go to work), the Sim doesn't do anything until you give him another order. specially related to his motives (for example, go to bed or eat something). It's not a big problem, but if you aren't careful, your Sims won't go to work and they'll get fired.
