[Smaller Bugs] Post here if you don't want to open your own thread

I want to report that my keyboard does not work when first entering a game. I have to open the cheat window, close it, then I can use my keyboard. I know it's not my keyboard because my keyboard is brand new and Sims 4 is the only game/application that I have any issues with it on.

ETA: Also, it works fine in CAS (can type names and edit details on page fine). It only does it when I go into live mode when I first load up a game.

ocasionally kids start levitating above floor and their legs become really really long. it happens only for few seconds and then everything is back to normal. however, from time to time, they seem to have a glitch hickup, which can be a bit... annoying.

i am pretty sure it is not due to my laptop, and this issue does concern all my kids, not only alexander.

edit: sorry, just reminded myself of something.

some of the traits do not seem to work well or i d not quite understand it. they keep popping wrong moodlets. for example, it happened more than once that my family-oriented sim got 'no family' moodlet while talking to his daughter, or 'tense from lack of exercie' while exercising, or 'lack of mental exercise' while playing chess (sorry if not accurate, i do not play in english). re-starting the action does not seem to affect the moodlet.

Hello! 

I encountered an error where my sim will go to work and physicially come home but all the interaction options are faded out and still say she is at work. This happened after her first promotion in the astronaut career. She also never got paid for her shift and the promotion did not registered - she remained an intern. 

She was able to quit her job and that fixed the issue. After restarting the game however and restarting the same career it happened again. 

Any thoughts?

The Tulip plant doesn't appear in my game. I've gone to the location suggested, even created new games, but it is simply not there.

I've noticed a few bugs.

1. When I save and exit my game while my Sims are asleep, the next time I load they are always awake.
2. I used cheats to change my traits, yes I know I cheated and that is bad, but I couldn't stand having to buy something every other day for the materialistic trait.  Anyway, the negative moodlet for materialistic still pops up when I haven't bought something every now and then.
3. The extra super speed is awesome, but sometimes it stops and doesn't start back up, for no reason whatsoever.  Most of the time this only happens when I'm working but sometimes when I am sleeping.
4. There is a mysterious fork that floats around sometimes.  One is when I interact with the baby, I've also seen one around the toilet and shower....What???
5. Speed controls not working.  Temporary fix, press P.
6. Moodlets seem to be very bugged.  I'll get moodlets from Decor that is not even in the room I'm currently in, or I won't receive a positive moodlet when I'm standing right next to Decor that is supposed to help.

It can take several days in game for these plants to sprout and appear -- did you go back repeatedly or just one time? And which location(s) did you attempt? 

The more time you can spend in an area the better, the game does not 'continue' necessarily in a neighborhood once you leave it. So again, spending time in it, gathering and digging and fishing, or practicing an instrument, reading books etc, making friends at the houses there -- anything you can do to prolong your stay -- is going to give the area more of a chance to mature.

After sleeping on the Soothing Sleeper Double Bed, my sims sometimes wake up with the Sore Back moodlet. This bed does not have the Uncomfortable attribute.

My list of bugs / annoyances:

1. "Ask to Leave" appears twice in the social menu.

2. The maid is useless. S/he either doesn't clean, stands around doing nothing for hours or just plain doesn't show up.

3. Puddles from watering plants persist on the lawn, sometimes for days. There seems to be no way to delete them.

4. Spraying bugs in the garden takes far too long and doesn't seem to be shortened by the gardening skill of the Sim. My poor plants have been drowned in chemicals!

5. Sim washes dishes in the upstairs bathroom, but the kitchen where the dirty plate was has a better sink.

6. Digging in the world produces far too many MySims statues - about 60 - 75% of the time. Very few crystals or fossils, just useless statues.

7. Males Sims don't pee standing up unless their bladder motive is over 80% or so. 

I'm sure I'll notice others as I play, but so far no 'showstoppers'!!

Got tired of reading so here are a few that are just annoying me.

-Lounges:  Hired bartenders are not cleaning.  They get pretty dirty and stay that way unless I clean them.  I don't work there.  I'm a customer!  One lounge had like 8 bowls of spoiled chips/dip sitting on the bar.

-Musuem:  I can't paint at the eisel.  Why?  A townie already painted on it and left the painting.  I can't remove it.  I had a modlet to paint, but will never be able to.


Other items, but I know they've been mentioned/reported:
-Lost all acquitances (spelling) out of relationship window:  Every single one just disappeared to include people I live with.
-Households just disappearing:  They are not being filled regardless of the option being checked.  Where are the people going?
-Losing all queued interactions for no reason:  It's like the game has a 'hiccup' or something.
-Items stuck in hand:  Yes... There is a spoon :P
-Spouse not taking last name, or the option there of.
-The maid sucks....
-Only one BFF allowed
-Working out at home has no effect on body, at least from what I can tell.
