Social Events: Guests arrive late/Staff leaves early

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Throw a party invite guests and hire a caterer and a bartender also hire a DJ.
What happens when the bug occurs? Guests arrive hours late making the timer on the party run out and fail the cater, the bartender, the musician, and the dj arrive late don't even stay long after that especially the bartender comes make a couple of drinks then leaves. Same thing with the cater make a couple of plates of food then leaves and the DJ leaves soon.
What do you expect to see? For everyone to arrive on time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

As I said every party we invited/ hire sim they all arrive late letting the timer run out even if it's no timer the bartender makes a couple drinks then leaves, cater make a couple plates then leave, dj don't stay long and guests shows up hours late when the party is over. Same thing wedding events the fiance/ee shows up late to the events.
