@CheyZ543 I tested your save and Speed 1, 2 and 3 all work fine for me.

I actually played that save file a bit more, and it's actually only ultra speed that kicks in when all sims are asleep or at work. When the glitch first occurred it was at night when all sims were sleeping, so I didn't realize during the day all game speeds worked. Just not when the game is supposed to be in ultra speed. Which is kinda crucial information. Sory for seeing this so late. I'm going to start a new save file today and see if the glitch is still there.
