Still unable to complete Regular Customer goal for Self Care aspiration

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? of it, up to Kits: Menswear
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In an attempt to complete Regular Customer goal for the Self Care aspiration, I invited another Sim in my house (non NPC, not a friend yet at first), tend a massage chair, and perform 10 service (3 hand massage, 3 foot massage, 2 pedicure, 2 manicure), and yet the Self Care aspiration is still not completed
What happens when the bug occurs? The Regular Customer goal is not ticked
What do you expect to see? The Regular Customer goal should have been ticked
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I hope this is fixed because it frustrates me

    cannot get it to work at all! I've been trying with the same sim in the same save though

    Apparently there needs to be at least 18 hours in between treatments so I just tried doing 10 treatments 24 hours apart and managed to complete the aspiration goal 🙂 just in case anyone else is struggling.

    Did you take into account Crin's advice that there is a cooldown?

    Once your sim offers a spa service, the customer gets an 18 hour cooldown buff that prevents them from making any further progress. Have you tried picking one customer, giving them a spa treatment, then 24 hours later you invite that same sim over and give them another treatment, and so on for 10 days?

    Someone let me know about the 18 hour cooldown and I managed to make it work 🙂
