Stuck in infinite weeding loop and weeds don't disappear as supposed to

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When your plants need weeding.
What happens when the bug occurs? The weeds do not disappear, and are stuck in an infinite weeding loop, no matter if I select Tend Garden or Weed/Weed All.
What do you expect to see? The weeds to disappear when I weed them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Seem to be having an issue with weeding and I have removed all mods to make sure it wasn't any of the mods I downloaded - it's not.
