Stuck in their Shadow Scenario: Call from Lewis doesn't tick

@franci1015 I can't duplicate this and haven't seen any reports for that particular tasks.

Did you also make sure to delete the localthumbcache file and do a game repair.

    @franci1015 Did you have mods in when the phone call came ? It's very possible that removing them doesn't fix it not being recognized.

    For testing purposes, could you test a different save game with no mods/cc and see if it happens there as well ?
