Stuck Moodlet Causing Sims to Freeze to Death

I have two elders who went outside in the cold, one got in the pool but I don't know about the other, but they both started freezing to death and I can't do anything to get rid of the chilled moodlet.What happens when the bug occurs? I have had the sim go indoors, bought the thermostat and set it to warmer, changed into cold weather clothes, bought the space heater from Dine Out and tried 'warming self', I had them drink coffe, drink moodlet solver, and gave them the ice proof trait. Nothing gets rid of the 'chilled' moodlet and i don't want them to die againWhat do you expect to see? I expect the moodlet to go away when i have completed any of the moodlet solving actionsHave you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. I got nifty knitting‌I have tried everything to get rid of this moodlet. Help

I had this happen too, only my sim was burning to death. It was the middle of winter, freezing temperatures, and suddenly I get the warning he is too hot.

I also tried changing clothes, going inside, and adjusting the thermostat. But nothing helped and he died.

I'm sorry to say I don't have the save to share. And all I can remember about the situation was that he was ordering food/drink from food stands when it happend.
