i just had this on my game. The dad was changing the infant's diaper, mom was asleep. Then suddenly dad is mourning and i see my mom sim is no longer in the UI. She supposedly died of starvation, but was far from starving when i last saw her needs. Grim Reaper did not show up. She was just dead all of the sudden.
And of course i hadn't made a save in the past hours and got too much progress that i don't want to lose. Her tombstone was in the family inventory.
i do remember taking a screenshot right before se died, but i doubt that has anything to do with it?
In the screenshots i inclulded she was alive and asleep at 4.50am ingame time. She died around 6-ish i think. took me a minute to figure out what happened.
