[SV] Strangerville Battle Situation UI is broken

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the Mother Plant Battle
What happens when the bug occurs? The UI looks visibly broken. [See Screenshot 1]
What do you expect to see? The original UI, like the one attached in the screenshot. [See Screenshot 2]
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @Kimisadechino 

    Yep, it shows that way in my game too.  It has been like that for quite a while.  I can't remember when it changed but I think it may have been around the time Eco Living was released.  Not sure on that though.  It might have been sooner.  But it is only a visual thing and doesn't affect gameplay.
