Tech Guru/Programing skill unable to advance

When playing as tech guru (start up entrepenaure) I was progressing programing skill to further carreer (currently at level 7-Next Big Thing) programing skill is required to be at level 8 to further ...

    resolved by quitting job and getting job back. I thought I was pretty clear but thanks anyways.

You have programming skill maxed out and now you don't advance in your career anymore ?
