The tummy bloat mesh. +MOAR PartFlag complaints!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game (currently, I'm in troubleshooting mode.)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the Goth Galore Kit trench coat on any Female sim or Male / Feminine Frame sim who doesn't have an "unnatural" hourglass tummy. The trench coat is the latest in a LONG line of clothing that uses this mesh.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's tummy looks bloated when using any of the CAS items that use the mesh.
What do you expect to see? Not this abhorrent thing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I started playing TS4 around 2019 IIRC, so I have no idea if this was added to CAS items post-release or if it's been with us since day one, but Base Game clothing use this mesh as well.

There's a clothing mesh used for Female and Feminine Frame sims in this game that drastically warps their stomach, making it look like they've they've just completed a Heist and have got LOADSAMONEY stuffed in their pockets. It's very unsightly and it continues to be utilized for new content. It's not a Base Game CAS item problem, the mesh continues to be used almost every content release for at least one CAS item included in said content. The latest was the Goth Galore Kit, which I did an entire Kit override mod for to fix the horrendous PartFlags, but I am so far unable to rid us of this mesh. Maybe the team can just stop using it?

I've only included ONE Goth Galore Kit CAS item (the trench coat) and ONE Base Game CAS item (the Full Body t-shirt) in that gallery that shows the bloated tummy. The rest of the screenshots in the "TheAbhorrentMeshIsInsulting" group are of other Female / Feminine Frame clothing that DO NOT use the mesh, meaning the mesh is unnecessary. Should I include a screenshot of every Top and Full Body CAS item to avoid anyone thinking "well this is an isolated glitch"? This is not isolated, nor is it a "glitch". It's extensive and continues to be a problem with every content release, like the PartFlag issue. Actually, I have more screenshots from my previous "investigation"! I'll include those in the gallery too.

Unlike the recent screenshots I took with my Male / Feminine Frame sim (while inquiring about this Elsweyr), the 45 previous images in the "TheAbhorrentMeshInfuriatesMe" group were taken with the Female / Feminine Frame clone of my sim, so no one can claim it's because my sim isn't Female (which I honestly thought was the cause, til Goth Galore Kit released and I paid attention).

The 45 images aren't only of Base Game items either, no! They include CAS items from various content packs including the same Base Game t-shirt (because I use that one and it has bothered me since 2019), Discover University, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, High School Years, Growing Together, Horse Ranch, For Rent, Journey to Batuu, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves, Paranormal, Home Chef Hustle, Incheon Arrivals, Simtimates Collection, Grunge Revival, Holiday, and of course, the Goth Galore trench coat because it's the straw that broke this camel's back.

There's more, of course. Of course there's more, and we're probably getting another one in one of the upcoming paid content. Isn't it exhilarating! <cackles maniacally>
