The youth potion doesn't work

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Discover University, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Cool Kitchen, Movie Hangout, Backyard stuff, Toddler stuff, Laundry day, Tiny Living, Nifty knitting, Happy holidays free pack, Grim's guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an elder sim drink a youth potion
What happens when the bug occurs? An elder drinks a youth potion but they don't get at the beginning of their current life stage. The age stays where it has been - sparkling for me.
What do you expect to see? I expect the age to drop to the beginning of their current life stage.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made.

I thought it was just a one time glitch but I saw it happened to my favorite twitch streamer as well. So I guess it might be the latest patch issue.

    @DoloresGrey Just tested this on my game and had no issues with the resetting to beginning of age group.

    How did you get the potion ? Through the rewards store or by other means ?

    Ok, so I did it again and it worked for me now. But as I said it didn't work before and my sim died only couple of hours after she drank the youth potion. The exact same thing happened to CynicalNina, the twitch streamer.

    I always check their "life bar" after drinking a youth potion just to make sure it reset.

    That way, if something buggers, I can just load from a save without losing the aspiration points.

    @DoloresGrey It is July 2021 and I am having this problem. My sims get a potion from the rewards store and it still ages them. This issue has been occurring since the patch last week.
