Thumbnails error of apartment in San Myshuno's world

I took a look at this in my game.  There are 3 apartment buildings with balconies.  Landgraab, Spire and Zenview.  For all the apartments in those buildings, furniture does not show on any of the balconies.  But furniture does show inside all of them.  So, I think that is probably how it was meant to be with no balcony furniture showing in the map view.  

As it what is going on in your pic with no furniture showing inside the Landgraab apartment, I'm not sure what is going on there.  It looks like the apartment is unfurnished.  There is an old bug where apartments would get stripped of their furniture that still happens once in a while in my game and that may have something to do with what you are seeing but I am not sure.  If you enter an apartment in build mode, the furniture will be there but when you move a household in, the value of the furnishings will be zero and you can only choose the unfurnished option so when you actually enter the apartment in live mode, there are no furnishings, and the apartment is completely empty.  The fix for when you have that happen is to not move in.  Go to build mode and change something - add something like a painting, a chair, etc.  Then when you go to move in the household, the furnishings value will be above zero.  Then the apartment will be fully furnished when you go into the lot in live mode.

For convenient sharing purposes and for my design ideas, I did not completely separate the balcony from the room with the wall; instead, I used only windows to the partition (meaning knocking down the wall and keeping only the windows). In this case, the furniture in the room is not shown together with the furniture on the balcony. This means if I wall the interior and balcony properly, the interior furniture will be shown on the thumbnails. But I'm actually looking for more than that.

For the balcony being set not to show furniture, I'm somewhat confused as to why this is set; it's frustrating not to see the decorations I made on the balcony on the thumbnails. However, if I put the room on the lot, the furniture will show up correctly if  I look at the thumbnails (see attachment). I hope this can be fixed, and if not, at least I want to know why.
