Oh that's a quirky glitch.
Because the heartbed has a vibrator and lights, it is able to break. In the video, you can see electrical sparks and smoke under it and Repair interaction with it, thus it is broken.
However, for long Murphy Beds were the only beds that could break. They really didn't think it through, so when a heartbed breaks, the game thinks "It's broken, therefore it's a murphy bed" and does the murphy bed pranks.
But yeah, I'm guessing they should exclude it happening for that heartbed or something.

Thought maybe the just cloned the bed from the Murphy bed and left some stuff in.
