[TO TEST] Lipstick doesnt shine by party outfit

I was creating a sim, and when I was dressing her in her part outfit I found out that the shine on the lipstick doesn't show up, but only in the party category. Here she is in her Party outfit. ...

I have the same issue, however it's with all categories. My problem however is I have two copies of the exact same lipstick for both the regular reds/pinks and the greens/blues/browns.

Are you using any custom content ?

I did notice two of the same in other categories though.

Is the two of the same happening since the latest patch or before ?
