Thanks for the reply, but I did both, sorry for the mistakes, my game version is according to the game itself: 1.108.318.1020
The previous game version was taken from the website, which normally I take it from when there is one update...
Anyway, I tried to find some toddlers who did not have all max skills yet and it worked for them. I had one with almost everything except one skill not to the top and I had this toddler max out the skill in question and grow him up and he got the Top notch toddler trait.
I though the fix worked for toddlers already being to the max, but apparently it needed the last skill trigger for it to work... sad I will have to cheat their skill down and up or just give them the traits, which I could have done 2 years ago, but patiently waited instead...
For those who like me where waiting for this update to fix this issue for our ongoing toddler already having maxed all skills. This is not happening unless you trigger a skill to go down and up again with the cheats for changing toddler skills. Then it worked.
