Toddlers repeatedly "age up" without ageing

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Get to Work, Tiny Living, Romantic Garden and Holiday Celebration Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Age up a baby to a toddler and play the game as usual.
What happens when the bug occurs? Once a baby has been aged up to a toddler, it will periodically show the age up screen again as though the toddler is ageing up, interrupting what the toddler is doing at the time. The toddler does not actually age up again but it has the age up animation, a notification that they're ageing up and the pop up where you pick the traits. This continues until an exit of the game. Other ways to stop it may be going to manage worlds or something, but I haven't tried them to check if this works too.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers should only have the age up animation and trait selection once when not accompanied by an actual age up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I've started noticing this bug within the past week or so, I'd say.
