The vanilla game has a preference for single parents. If you bother this bienchen have a mod that get rid of the single parents. I use it in my modded game and never encounter again a single parent family.
Sims is a shelter perfect world but have so many single parents (mostly black/asian with blonde hair)... this is weird. (And I miss that the game don’t really create families with two dads or two moms)
Sounds like this could be related to an issue I posted about where the spawned children of single parents look absolutely nothing like their parents at all. This seems to happen especially often when playing in San Myshuno for some reason. I wonder if maybe these threads should be merged?
- @The_Ratticator To me they are not the same. You posted that children and parents don't look alike while this complaint is about only spawning children/parents. I know there was an old complaint about that as well but it was probably in the general thread at the time so new thread is fine.
