Transferring Sim to another household crash

I keep having a problem with the Transfer sims between households.  I follow the steps in manage worlds and when I have finished transfering the sim and click on the check mark I get kicked out of the game and back to my origin page.  I have tried reloading the game and it show it up to date with all patches.  Any suggestions??

We can't be the only two this is happening to?

Is this the only occasion your game crashes ? Does it matter which Sims you try ?

This is the only time that my game crashes, otherwise smooth playing.  I tried having another sim invite him to move in and it still happened.  Will check the game and see if it is what happens when trying others.

I attempted to move a sim that I had not created out and it let me move him out.  I also attempted to move out another sim i had created out of a household and it let me move her out.  I went back to the original sim that I wanted to move out and it crashed again.  It worked with one created sim, but not with the other.   Do you think it has to do with the fact that I created that family from day 1 before the patches?  Thanks!!!

Ok I figured out the problem, it happens whenever I have a sim on a lot. But if I evict them I can separte the household. Does this sound like a bug with the game or...? Thank you! 🙂

So if you have more than one Sim in your household and they are currently on the lot it crashes ?
