The same problem is happening with Casbah's Gallery in San Myshuno.

I think it's linked with the distance Sims are spawned in front of the lot. If ithe spawn point was more closer maybe this bug should not be happening.

In the end I had to start a new game to see what was happening and so the bug was gone for a while.
I'm having a lot of problems with my save games lately and don't know why.
So if in this new game I notice this bug again so I'll reopen an topic to report the problem!
For now it's ok!
