+ Just to add, I can list what my sim had applied in the "How it looks" image I uploaded,
She had both eyeliner (from luxury party I believe - it has the little diamond icon) and a Basegame eyeshadow,
as well as a customised lipstick swatch from an sdx drop I believe.
As for her clothing, she had the Blazer and shirt from ROM, and a skirt from GetTogether.
What I haven't checked though is if removing accessories like the earrings would sort the issue as well.

@crinrictSorry for the late response, Instantly when adding stuff.
*It's a mess at the moment, I've been trying to recreate it on another sim, to no avail.
It only seems to happen for the one sim in question, and only in the one specific category the outfit is made in, going from the already existing outfit (Which consisted of the Jeans with the straps from the GothGaloreKit, and the tucked sweater with the tank top underneath from SnowyEscape.) - to the outfit in the screenshots.I recreated the outfit and all the details in another category, following all the steps I took (recreating the previously stated outfit beforehand) and had no issues.
The only other details I can think to add is that I'm getting the sim from my library, and editing that already existing outfit as described above.
I'm at a bit of a loss here, sorry

(hopefully the link works)
The original outfit in question is in the Formal category, change her top clothing option to that of the one she is wearing in the screenshots (Which is the blazer from ROM) It should happen with any other tucked shirt.
