The original outfit in question is in the Formal category, change her top clothing option to that of the one she is wearing in the screenshots (Which is the blazer from ROM) It should happen with any other tucked shirt.

@DudeNamedWill This is most fascinating. The outfit is tucked in when I downloaded her. Switched it to another outfit .. not tucked in .. removed eye detail .. tucked in .. added eye detail back .. still tucked in.
Really unsure what's going on here.
Please leave the sim in the gallery for now so EA can checking it out when checking out the bug.

@crinrictOkay yeah no, I believe it’s probably more complicated than I thought, after having it happen with a different sim with a completely different wardrobe.
It’s happened in the past(iirc) - with a sim having boots of a certain height.
But overall, as you can see it’s a proper mess, with it not only happening out of the blue, but with different outfits, different sims, and it ONLY being tied to a specific saved sim or outfit etc.-Edit, I hope this is the same thing to what @iliekponiez had also experienced.
