Twin Oracle Point: Pool Edge and Walls not showing up

What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Get Together, Get To Work, Get Famous, Cottage Living, Cats & Dogs, and a few more
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the "Newcrest" world, "Twin Oracle Point" area, and build a residence with a pool and walls. Save and then change the pool edge in the Build Mode. Switch to the Game Mode, and you won't see the pool edge change. The walls are also always transparent, they won't work properly with the "Walls Up View - End".
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play with the pool edge change which only appears changed in the Build Mode but not in the Game Mode. I also can't play with the "Walls Up View - End" as the walls always appear to be transparent.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play with the pool edge change, which appears changed in the Build Mode and should reflect the change just fine in the Game Mode. I also want to be able to play with the "Walls Up View—End," as the walls always appear to be transparent.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After updating the game to the specified version, these issues started occurring even though I didn't change anything else, including installing or uninstalling custom mods.
