UI scale issue

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Adjust the accessibility setting.
What happens when the bug occurs? I tried to make the font bigger in the game by adjusting the accessibility setting in the menu. This worked fine except for choosing outfits in CAS. When the sim has more than one outfit for the selected category, the buttons to select the outfit are partially covered by the buttons in the right corner (gallery, shop etc). When I reset the accessibility setting to the default value because of that, I noticed that the sim portraits are smaller than they were before. The portraits remain like this even when changing the setting again. In the screenshots you see 7 portraits, but the issue appeared when they were only two sims in the household.
What do you expect to see? No clipping, covering when using a bigger font/scale. Normal sized portraits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
