[ARCHIVED] Unable to Admire New Possession

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.69.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? 1. Moschino Stuff Pack 2. Bowling Stuff Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a materialistic Sim and try to admire new possession. After purchasing my first DLC pack, I lost the ability to admire new possession
What happens when the bug occurs? No option to admire new possession appears
What do you expect to see? I expect to see an option to admire new possession
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

After transfering my account from the Origin Launcher to the Steam launcher, I completely lost the ability to be able to admire new possession. I tried sims reset bugs and I even tried to remove the trait and add it back. My sim gets stressed after work and wants to admire something new

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? base, cats and dogs, university, parenthood
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? purchase objects in build mode and attempt to have SIM admire it
    What happens when the bug occurs? nothing I buy gives the admire new possession options, so my SIM is always tense
    What do you expect to see? admire possession option
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

    Sims who have the Materialistic trait have the "admire new possessions" option missing on the objects they buy
