Unable to pay bills after moving

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? The latest version...

@shanaemoo What kind of lot are you in? And do you have any mods?

    Its just a regular residential lot in Henford-on-Bagley, 

    I have MCCC and the pose player mod but I removed them to see if they were part of them problem @luthienrising
