@crinrict I was unsure if it's the same issue since mine do stay up as an option, but the transactions aren't going through.
As far as I'm aware they didn't have any laftover bills, but I do use some solar panels and windmills which do reduce the bills significantly sometimes.

Maybe it happens even if you paid them ? Does that sound more like what you are seeing ?

@crinrict Yeah, that sounds more like the issue I'm experiencing. The bills are there, you can click on them, the animation of paying them goes through, but they are not being paid and then utilities get shut off in order. I don't have any mods on tho.
