Unable to pay bills after moving

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? The latest version...

I too am having this issue. It seems that the game breaks when you move out of any lot after receiving and not paying bills on it. I have NO MODS installed and moved lots and now it is saying my bills will actually pay me 43 simoleons rather than me owing. My power will be shut off and autopay cheat didn't help either. Seems it's a game breaking bug. Frustrating. Same issues as everyone else so please don't ask for the same redundant clarification. Word for word what others experiencing this issue is what I am also dealing with.
