Unable to set as front door at Torres Amanecer

just noticed this problem today. There are 1000 doors in the house but none of them has the "no trespassing" option when I clicked on them. So neighbours and friends come to visit my sim all the time, wanting to cook, chat or exercise in my sim's house. Vlad also came once. It's so annoying
