Unable to toggle full room/single placement for wallpaper

@gEmDeaLer45 hi there, sorry to see you're having issues. Can you just check your game version number should be 1.89.2.2310 please. The wall toggle was fixed in a recent patch but I just want to double check your game is updated to the most recent version. It seems to be working for controllers. We might have a separate issue with mouse and keyboard.
