Unbreakable item broken (Patch 1.107.151)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? backyard stuff, city living, dine out, discover university, get famous, get to work, get together, growing together, high school years, holiday celebration pack, outdoor retreat, parenthood, romantic garden stuff, seasons, toddler stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? wait for an upgraded electronic device to beak down and try repairing it
What happens when the bug occurs? there's no action circle and the action will last until cancelled and won't complete on it's own.
What do you expect to see? the repair action completing and the device working.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @egingell1 Not sure what option the tub has but is it unbreakable ?

    Any other objects you have issues with ?

    @crinrict It does have that option and it was upgraded which begs the question "why was it broken in the first place?" Which, I guess, also makes it a different bug—namely that the "unbreakable" Birthday Hot Tub isn't unbreakable and repairing it is futile.

    In the newest game version Sim repairs the item (automatic vacuum) and it doesn't stop. Item is never repaired and Sim is just repairing and repairing until being electrocuted. The vacuum has the upgrade to be unbreakable.
