@C_Cheeseburger Is this about the fear of unfulfilled dreams still giving moodlets although you don't have the trait for it anymore ?

I just restarted Sims 4 and fixed it. It was yeah, but it took way too long for the tense thing to let me live my normal sim life. And it said I can't do anything because I was too tense, but the sim wasn't tense at all. So I dunno. I'm going to say yes.
