Units Being Fined For Shared Spaces

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have: -All expansion packs -All game packs except Werewolves , Vampires, strangerville, jungle adventure & journey to bantuu -stuff packs owned: vintage glamour, moschino, tiny living, laundry stuff, first pet, toddler stuff, romantiv garden, spooky stuff,luxry party, nifty knitting and kids room stuff -kits: Desert luxe, industrial loft, little campers
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try putting a stereo in a shared space in the For Rent pack. My stereo is in the outside shared pool space that's turned on by other sims sometimes.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim gets fined for things out side of her apartment every night when other sims turn it on.
What do you expect to see? Nothing. My sim or any rental unit should be experiencing what happens outside their unit.

Apartment units being fined for shared spaces. Also when the dryer catches on fire or the firepit catches the furniture on fire, my sims household has to pay for it out of their funds instead of the landowner coming by to fix or replace the objects.
