What is your current game version number? 1.105.332.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every expansion pack leading up to Ranch. I don't have the newer ones after that.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix whatever you overlooked with the February 2024 update so the Sims characters are playable again.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sims are not clickable. I can't open the social menu. They're unplayable.
What do you expect to see? A full fix so the Sims are playable again. It's that or issue a full refund of the game and all the expansion packs I paid for. It's not right I'm prevented from properly playing a game I've already spent so much time and money on by a company that failed to cover all the bases before issuing an update. I'm not the only one with this problem, either. Even without mods, the Sims 4 has become unplayable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The February 27/28, 2024 patch messed up everything!
More than enough people have complained about this. Bottom line, fix the game!
