[UNSURE] [ECO] Unable to use sales tables at Community Marketplace

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.70.84.1020 64 bit
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a Community Space that has been converted to a Community Marketplace with a playable Sim and attempt to use a sales table to sell something.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no option available to stock the table. Any options are greyed out. NPC Sims then come in and fill the tables and begin selling.
What do you expect to see? I expect the tables that I placed when I built the lot to be available for my playable Sims to use to sell their items when they visit the Community Marketplace.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've been adding community spaces to my neighborhoods and I just noticed that now I am unable to actually use the sales tables in the marketplaces. This completely defeats the purpose of having a community marketplace! Any options aside from "view inventory" are greyed out and NPC sims immediately take over any available tables and begin selling their own wares. The only workaround I've found is bringing my own table in my inventory and setting it up that way but even that doesn't work all the time. I understand that this was a bug with the City Living flea market tables a few years back and was supposed to be fixed? I wasn't playing then but I don't often sell at the flea market and I've not had any trouble with it. 

At any rate, new annoyance. I want to sell the absurd amount of meat substitute that my Sim has canned from soybeans at her local Farmers Market and the game is thwarting my efforts.

    This is an issue I am having too. I'm not sure if it's a bug or by design, but my active sim is unable to use these tables as my sim doesn't own them. Kind of defeats the purpose of an open market if my sim also can't sell items.

    So I tested this and I have the option to Tend Table

    I couldn't drag anything in the inventory but I can just drag stuff on the table and now it's working fine.

    There is a known general issue with items that you have obtained through errands/gifting, so could that be the issue ?

    @crinrict Yes my issue was i got most of the stuff from the dumpster. I can't even sell them from my inventory. I sometimes get an error that my sim doesn't own the item so I'm guessing that's where the problem is stemming from.

    I was trying to sell my own crafted items like candles and fizzy drinks and harvested veggies and was unable to use any table. 

    I tried honey from my own bees and canned jam that my Sim made and that didn't work so it wasn't stuff that my Sim had pulled out of the dumpster.

    The tables remain unusable. My only option is a yard sale on her own lot. Which is fine but, not the point of a community marketplace.

    I want the community marketplace to function.

    @crinrict I can drag it onto the table that is the extent of my interaction. An NPC is able to then steal the table and put their own things on it and it mixes up with whatever I put on the table and they can then sell from the table and when they leave, my stuff disappears too.

    @Keijra Which neighborhood is your community space ? Evergreen harbor or others (not sure if you can have them in others but just checking if that could be an issue).

    @crinrict Evergreen Harbor. Specifically, Conifer Station neighborhood and it is the one that came already set up in the game.

    You can make community spaces in other worlds and neighborhoods but I've not yet tested to see how the marketplaces function. I will try that next time I am playing and report back.

    This same mistake is happening to me, even with the business of the Get to Work expansion, customers do not buy any product only socialize between them or use the telephone and after a while they go from busines.
