[V] Character Portrait has deformed chin

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.127.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? star wars journey to batuu pack, vintage glamour stuff pack, strangerville pack, my first pet stuff pack, and I have all of them except for the packs I got for free.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I run the game, the face of the character in the lower left image becomes bizarrely deformed. Also, as time goes by, modeling in the game also changes its ugly face like the image on the bottom left.
What happens when the bug occurs? As I said above, just create a character and your face will be disfigured in a hideous way. I don't know why the heck is getting this error. This is all the more baffling because I've never experienced this while playing The Sims.
What do you expect to see? I want this damn face bug fixed! Even reinstalling the game and running recovery doesn't solve the problem. It was the same even with all the mods removed.

File 1 is the normal face and File 2 is the deformed face.
