[V] [S] Death by lightning missing for Vampire ghosts in CAS

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all Game, Stuff, and Expansion packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a lightning ghost in cas and make them a vampire, because if you kill a vampire by lightning they will successfully become a ghost
What happens when the bug occurs? The ghost turns into a living vampire with a notification saying that this occult can’t be this death type (vampires can die by lightning in game)
What do you expect to see? “Death by lightning” to appear in ghost basics for a vampire ghost.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The recent 10/22/24 patch that added ghosts in CAS.

I noticed that you can’t create death by lightning vampires in CAS, Lightning is the only seasons death vampires can die from is lightning (I know this because I accidentally made my vampire sim die by lightning once) If you make a vampire die by lightning (or use cheats) they will become a lightning ghost. With cas.fulleditmode, death by lightning is a selectable death type, but on a newly created vampire it’s not available.
